Ten conference scholarships to full time students on offer
To enhance students’ awareness of geosynthetics, and to encourage student participation in the conference, the organising committee have decided to offer 10 student scholarships to attend all conference sessions (including social and networking events), plus a small travel subsidy.
The successful students will be selected for the award after applying for consideration and having their abstract selected for presentation at the conference. Both undergraduate and postgraduate students are eligible to apply.
Application is easy, submit your details and abstract. These will be reviewed by a technical committee and the successful students notified in mid April.
The scholarships are:
- Open to full time students under 36 years.
- Successful recipients will receive a full three day registration to attend, including attendance at two social functions.
- Travel & Accommodation support of $500 if travelling from interstate, or $200 if based in Brisbane.
